I am thankful for the life lesson that I learned from Tony: to live in the moment. Had it not been for this grief journey, I might still be looking down instead of up at the splendor of the sky’s stars and clouds and the moon, instead of around me at nature’s beauty. I might still be stressing about what to say and do to be well-liked instead of addressing issues with candor. I live in the moment now because I can’t worry about the future. I live in the moment now because I can’t change the past. All I have is today, this moment. I believe Tony knew that very well.

In his own words

Recently, another’s words truly explained how Tony lived.

“Living in the moment” defined
And, so, I remain present…in the moment…exactly as Tony would have lived. For him.
Once again, most beautiful words that let me share if just a bit of your continuing journey.
